What data we process
Only what you send us through the contact form: name, email, phone, organization (optional) and the content of the message.
What for and on what basis
We use this data only to reply to your contact and follow up on the conversation, based on your consent. We do not send commercial communications unless you ask for them, and we do not sell or share data with third parties.
For how long
We keep messages while the conversation is active and for up to 12 months afterward. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months, unless you ask for deletion earlier.
Who else has access
Only the providers that help us run the site: hosting and email (DreamHost) and the network that delivers and protects the site (Cloudflare), under contract and with the safeguards required by Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the GDPR. An SMS alert tells our team that a contact has arrived, without any of your data. The form's bot check is performed by Cloudflare (Turnstile), which receives your IP address and technical browser data only for that verification.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to email@dynamis.works. If you believe we have not acted correctly, you can complain to the data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).
